Pat Asp is a Senior Transformation and Operating Executive with experience managing business units from $50M to greater than $300M with 1000+ employees and transforming $2B to $5B enterprises.  20+ years of diverse business experience in Fortune 500 and small privately held companies, building and strengthening businesses and solving problems in private and public organizations.  Responsibilities included; operations, sales, activations, finance, strategic planning, human resources, diverse business transformations, Six Sigma performance improvement and supply chain management.  Extensive experience in multiple location/distributed organizational models with emphasis on performance and process improvement that creates incremental sustainable investor and shareholder value.

For over 25 years, Pat worked for The ServiceMaster Company a $4B service company providing services to more than 10.5 million residential and commercial customers through 5400 company-owned and franchise organizations and business units including Terminix, TruGreen ChemLawn, TruGreen LandCare, American Residential Services, Rescue Rooter, American Mechanical Services, ServiceMaster Clean, American Home Shield, AmeriSpec, Merry Maids and Furniture Medic. 40,000+ direct and approximately 100,000+ managed employees. and was the Senior Vice President Performance Improvement.  

After she left ServiceMaster, Pat became President and Chief Operating Officer of Community Education Partners-Accelerated Learning Solutions a $50M for-profit education company that provides Dropout Prevention & Recovery (DPRP) and Disciplinary Alternative Education Programs (DAEP) through direct contracts and charters with school districts in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
