Michael Cooley is a business development executive with over 20 years experience developing, growing and expanding companies through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions. His career took him from working in the mail room to being a CEO of a multi-million dollar company. 

 At age 27 he went to work at ActionSystems packing boxes of training materials. This was when he started making his way in life. He worked days, and attended college at night.  This helped to develop his career path and a business major.  Mike has had several mentors throughout his life including a professor who encouraged Mike to become a member of the Administrative Management Society (AMS).  From there Mike began public speaking, getting other people involved in the AMS, and was voted to president of the AMS college chapter. His career path went from being an office assistant and rising to Senior Vice President of Operations for a $40 million consulting company. His role just continued to grow.  His career continued at Xchange, a software company, as the Director of Global Operations Mike oversaw operations in Canada, London, Australia and Singapore. From Xchange Mike became Senior Director of Administration at ChartOne, a medical records management company based in San Jose, California.

Today Mike is the CEO of The Quinlan Companies, which is a third generation family owned records management company based in Providence, Rhode Island which has been in business for over 78 years.
